Naturopathic Medicine
At LiveWell our Doctors of Naturopathic Medicine treat patients as individuals by addressing the physical, environmental, lifestyle, attitudinal, and emotional aspects of health. This allows naturopathic doctors to find and treat the cause of the disorder or disease using a variety of therapies. Dr. Michael Berenstein leads the LiveWell Chiropractic team and provides a diversified chiropractic approach that leverages several manual therapy techniques and modalities that emphasize mobility training for rehabilitation and functional optimization. His diagnostic and assessment techniques blend orthopedic testing with a functional movement assessment. Dr. Berenstein leverages Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) as a unique method of exercise that enhances and recovers joint health and functional mobility.

Acupunture
At LiveWell our Acupuncture practice leverages the fundamental principles of both medical and traditional Chinese Acupuncture practice. Our expert Acupuncturists use very small needles, which are inserted at very specific points on the body, to stimulate the bodies healing response. This stimulations results in both biochemical and physiological changes, also stimulating the bodies natural pain relief process through the release of endorphins, norepinephrine, and enkephalin.

Nutritionist
Laura is here to guide you step by step to transform your nutrition, shift your mindset and set you up with healthy habits for life! If ever you have had an issue with your body or even an illness, you can be sure that somewhere the underlying cause (and solution) starts with food. Laura creates a fun and manageable plan for you, which will include dietary, lifestyle and supplement suggestions, create meal plans and grocery lists for you to follow, as well as set goals for you together, so you can become a healthier and happier version of yourself. She truly believes everything starts with healthy habits. Managing our stress being number one and then healing our gut. Laura approaches her work in a holistic way, using her experience as a nutritionist, massage therapist and yoga therapist to create a well rounded program for her clients, with a focus on self care and healthy habits.
