Brendan is a registered practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a registered acupuncturist. He has over 15 years of experience and has worked in diverse clinical settings. Brendan is thrilled to be a part of the multidisciplinary team at LiveWell, where he can provide the best care to patients through an integrated approach.  Brendan specializes in medical acupuncture, and traditional Chinese medical acupuncture. He is experienced in treating musculoskeletal conditions, gynecological health, and fertility. Brendan is also a certified Functional Range (FR) release and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) practitioner.


Elena Boll, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Elena moved to Toronto from Germany in 2006, and has now practised massage therapy for four years. She initially worked for L’Arche, an organization that provides homes for people with physical and mental disabilities. Elena was inspired there by a massage therapist who helped the residents relax and improve, and began her own training in massage shortly after.


She views massage therapy as an important part of overall wellness, and an integral part of preventative healthcare, along with fitness and nutrition.  Elena does Swedish/deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, and aromatherapy.

Valerie Morris, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Valerie is devoted to wellness and healing. She is a graduate of both the Rehabilitation and Massage Therapy programs at Sir Sandford Fleming. Experienced, she has been practicing as an RMT for 17 years and dealt with a variety of health concerns such as, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, pre/post-natal tension, migraines, TMJ, scar tissue, and post-surgery recovery.  With Valerie you will receive individualized and tailored treatments based on her extensive knowledge and expertise.

Dedicated to fitness and an active lifestyle, she has gained a great appreciation of how the body feels under different stresses and how best to remedy recovery.


David Hong BSc. Kin, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

David is a Registered Massage Therapist practicing since 2013. He earned his Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo (2009) and later completed his Massage Therapy education at Centennial College (2013). A couple years into his practice he then continued his education and got his Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Diploma from McMaster University (2015). His treatment primarily focuses on rehabilitation in sports and chronic repetitive work related injuries. He was also a part-time instructor at Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy teaching school (2018).

David has 7 years of experience practicing in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting. He is able to tailor his treatments based on the needs of each individual patient.

Natsha Krisanachinda, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Natsha Krisanachinda is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Sutherland-Chan massage therapy school in 2011. She is trained in numerous modalities, including: general Swedish technique, deep tissue, joint mobilization, pre-natal, trigger-points treatment. She has also trained in several specialized massage clinics including pre- and post- thoracic surgery at Toronto General Hospital, and sport, pregnancy, seniors and multiple sclerosis clinics.

Prior to studying at Sutherland-Chan,


Natsha worked as a holistic practitioner offering Thai massage. She holds a Thai massage therapy certification from The Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society.

Natsha is dedicated to providing excellent care, and believes that educating her clients is an essential part of their overall wellness. She combines her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology with elements of relaxation and a variety of techniques including Thai massage (stretching, acupressure) and Swedish massage to provide effective treatment that helps clients to achieve their health goals.


Jessica Da Silva, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Jessica graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and became registered as a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO in 2019.


In my clinical experience I have personally witnessed massage benefit clients in a variety of ways from managing pain and discomfort, regaining range of motion, decreasing stress and anxiety, and posture. In my practice I like to incorporate a variety of techniques and modalities including Swedish massage, Deep tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy as well as working with each client to encourage ergonomic activity in their day to day lives.


Katharine Liberatore, BSc.,

Osteopathic Therapist

Katharine has been involved with the Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO) since beginning her career in the field: she has worked as a teaching assistant, and a member of its academic council since 2005; she has worked as a clinic supervisor at the CCO since 2009; and as a thesis supervisor since 2006.  


Katharine’s primary specializations include concussions and minor head and/or neck injuries, headaches and migraines, as well as shoulder, wrist, hand, and foot pain.

Daniel Snider, R.Kin,

Athletic Therapist, Osteopathic Therapist

Daniel uses an integrative, holistic “hands on” approach to create a customized treatment program for each individual. Using manual therapy, corrective exercises, and patient education, he believes in empowering people to take an active role to improve their health and wellbeing.


Daniel sees patients of all ages and fitness levels. He specializes in orthopaedic rehabilitation, including pre- and post surgical care, and continues to upgrade his knowledge and skills in concussion management. His services also include custom orthopaedic bracing and athletic taping.

Dr. Natasha Vani ND is a Board-certified Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine.  Dr. Vani has a passion for empowering people to take charge of their health and gain insight into their behavior and motivation to change. Her goals are to address the root cause of disease, and to reunite patients with their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Dr. Vani started her career as an Athletic Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Strength and Conditioning coach and Personal Trainer. She currently integrates her sports medicine background with a more eclectic practice targeting many conditions within general health. Key areas include weight loss, pain reduction, digestive concerns, women’s health, and stress and anxiety management.

Viet-Ha Dam has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2002. In her many years of practice, she has always worked in clinical settings.  Viet-ha has treated a wide range of conditions including post-surgery recovery, chronic ailments, acute pain, TMJ, and scar tissue.
